Thank you for considering a visit with our congregation. We’d love the opportunity to make you feel welcome.
When you visit, you’ll find our dress code is casual dressy. During autumn, winter, and spring, we have Sunday school classes for all ages at 9:00 a.m. and a nursery suitable for children – infants to three years old. Our worship hall is on the second floor and, if needed, the elevator can get you there. Worship services are more traditional in nature and we sing hymns and contemporary songs. In autumn, winter, and spring, worship services begin at 10:30 a.m. During the summer, worship services begin at 9:30 a.m. (except when otherwise noted). The instruments used during worship are organ and piano, with occasional use of the flute, trumpet, and hand bells. Children are welcome to participate in our worship services.
We believe each one of us has a unique relationship with God because it’s personal. He loves and reveals Himself to us in different ways – through Bible reading, nature, music, prayer, etc. As we share our own stories of God, we learn more about Him. A relationship with God is a love response because He loved us first.
We gather together to encourage each other in life and in faith. Just because we’re in a relationship with God doesn’t mean life gets any easier – sometimes the opposite is true. These are the times when leaning on each other helps us to grow and get through the hardships.
There are needs for which we’re passionate about sharing from what we have received. The regular needs include feeding hungry people in the Zionsville area through our local food pantry; gathering school supplies for kits sent to students around the world; supporting community outreach in north Philadelphia. We also are pretty good about chipping in to help someone when the need arises – rides, light carpentry, cleaning, etc.
You’re welcome any Sunday! We look forward to getting to know you. If you have questions, someone will contact you when you leave a message at 610-965-4880 or email.
